Pricing or availability errors may occur on SimpleTire. The receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of an order or our confirmation of an offer to sell a Product. SimpleTire reserves the right to cancel any orders containing pricing or availability errors, with no further obligations to you, even after your receipt of an order confirmation or shipping notice from SimpleTire. SimpleTire may, at its discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Some discounts are limited-time offers. The discount we can offer for any item is dependent upon its availability from our various partners, SimpleTire's price will necessarily change on occasion. Items in your Shopping Cart will always reflect the most recent price displayed on the item's product detail page. This price may differ from the price shown for the item when you first placed it in your cart. Placing an item in your cart doesn't reserve the price shown at that time. It is also possible that an item's price may decrease between the time you place it in your cart and the time you purchase it. SimpleTire consistently works toward maintaining competitive prices on everything we carry. As a result, SimpleTire does NOT offer price matching.

Manufacturer's Warranty Policy
Merchandise covered by a manufacturer's warranty is sold with the warranty by the manufacturer extended to the purchaser. We will be happy to assist in obtaining fulfillment of a manufacturer's warranty. Other than applicable manufacturers' warranties, there are no warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The only tires SimpleTire can warranty are brand new defects (meaning that they have not been mounted or driven on). Any bead damaged will be void of any warranty claim. Any other adjustments should be taken to the nearest authorized dealer for that manufacturer. Sometimes the manufacturer also provides a treadlife warranty and mileage rating. Please be aware that not all tires hold a mileage warranty from the manufacturer. Different tire models, even from the same manufacturer, may or may not come with a treadlife warranty.

About Us
People had been buying tires the same way for years. All across the country, they'd been going to local stores and buying the same tires, but at different prices.
Andy and Josh Chalofsky asked the question, "Why not create a company that enables people to buy all brands of tires, anywhere in the country, at the best possible price?" Kenny Pratt provided the technical knowledge and skills, and with that, the three of them went about building a customer-focused ecommerce business.
Today, SimpleTire employs dozens of people and sells thousands of new tires online everyday. The tires come from factories and warehouses all across the United States. Those suppliers compete with each other on price, selection and delivery speed so that SimpleTire customers get the best deal.
SimpleTire gets people new tires for every vehicle at the best price, and with free shipping on popular tires.
Customers get the best prices because of a unique low-cost, high-volume business model. Instead of buying and reselling tires like other retailers, SimpleTire uses data and technology to aggregate tire inventory, for every type of vehicle, from suppliers across the country.
SimpleTire's system then makes the buying and installation process painless and simple.

Mud terrain tires have to do more than just look tough- they have to get you into the rough places and get you back out again. Mud terrain tires typically have an aggressive tread and deep lugs with self-cleaning bars to eject mud and stones. They also usually feature a rubber compound that is suitable for off-road or on a dry highway, and extra layers of steel belts and nylon reinforcement in the tread and sidewall to resist punctures and cuts from rocks and other obstacles. In other words, mud terrain tires are just tough tires that mean business once you get off-road!
All season tires are exactly what the name implies…they have a tread pattern, internal design and rubber compound that's designed for traction and performance in wet or dry conditions. All season tires are a compromise that means that you don't have to change tires in the winter or summer, and as a result have become popular worldwide.
Highway tires may not be the best on all terrains, but they provide fair traction in a lot of conditions. These tires perform best on highways, hence the name! They come with specially designed treads which allow them to enjoy a fair amount of friction between the tire and road during all seasons. Expect minimal road noise and exceptional treadwear out of these tires.
All-terrain tires can gear you up for many different environments. From rock-climbing in the desert to passing through streams in the mountain you'll have plenty of fun in uncharted territory. We carry the largest selection of all-terrain tires and offer the best prices on them, too.
You can have a cat's reflexes, plenty of nerve and an absolutely killer performance car with responsive steering, gobs of horsepower, slot-car handling, and accurate brakes…but it's all only as good as your tires. You need tires that can connect you to the pavement for real performance!
If you live in an area of the country that gets snow and or ice, it may be a good idea to purchase a separate set of winter tires for your car. All season and regular tires are rated for temperatures above freezing and do not provide the necessary grip to get you through the slick frozen roads. Winter tires work best at temperatures below 40 degrees and have special sipping designed to prevent hydroplaning.
