As most 1133's--this was  professionally restored--very hard to notice--normal folds--great bold inks and deep blue Seal--accurately graded and looks very original.
PMG has only graded less than 24 of these notes to date and not more than a few higher than in this grade.
This 1133 L is a design type which is classic ----looks like a piece of art--and being almost 200 years old.
The Fr 1133  ,000 denomination is highly scarce without regard to type. These circulated graded 1918 Federal Reserve Notes are virtually the only way to obtain them for a price under six figures as any bump up in grade by 5-10 points can be a ,000-,000 difference and extra cost.
BTW---We own a EPQ 1133 C in another Ebay auction that is 1 of finest known.
The present piece offered here shows still detailed poignant inks throughout the face and back designs. Less than 140 from all 12 Districts.
Compare value to Stella or 1895 Morgan Dollar or other coin classics. Many times the population of these notes.
And now LOWER. No VF 25 has traded at this level in decades.

The note shows one of the more appealing depictions of our national bird at the center of the back with spread wings and talons clutching our nation's flag.
There are only tiny areas--very hard to see -- of professional repair at the lower margin mentioned on this otherwise original note.
The note has the appearance or originality paper stock and material any finer grade ....again--quickly escalates in price.
