Way how to reset the password:
1: Set dials to 0-0-0 and pull out shackle.
2: Rotate the shackle 90 degrees counterclockwise (picture b), hold down (2) and continue to turn another 90 degrees counterclockwise (picture c)
3. Set your own combination by turning dials (3) to the coonvex line.
4. Turn the shackle back as normal. Then the setting is completed.
