Federal Reserve Note, Chicago, 1914, FR871a, White-Mellon
.00 Federal Reserve Note, Chicago District, series of 1914, Friedberg No. 871a, signatures of Frank White and Andrew W. Mellon.  This nice, original note shows limited circulation, but was probably holed away in a wallet for a period of time.
There are two heavy vertical folds and two lighter ones.  No holes or tears and alot of original crispness.  It would probably grade at the higher end of the Very Fine range to Extremely Fine.
However, as grading can be highly subjective,
