Antique Cresolene Vaporizer with Box & Instructions Whooping Cough Asthma Croup

For auction is an antique Vapored-Cresolene vaporizer dating to the late 1800s or early 1900s. It comes with a box (no lid) that shows foreign patent dates in the 1890s. The vaporizes also comes with a set of instructions that are crumpled from being stuck in the box for 100 years. This is more an advertising piece for Cresolene products than it is instructions. The vaporizer has never been used. The wick is still new. The frosted globe and clear font are undamaged. The box advertises that this device would be effective for whooping cough, asthma, bronchitis and spasmodic croup. the vaporizer measures approximately 3" in diameter by 6 1/8" tall.
