For your consideration is this gorgeous, 88 year old, 1933 edition book

".  This old law book came from a private law firm's law library.  I purchased it from my neighbor who told me her grandfather was a practicing attorney back in the day.
Due to the book's age and its contents no longer being current or relevant, this attractive and sophisticated looking book is now only good for historical research and/or for pure decorative purposes as it had been used in my office for years.
The
book has hard cloth covered boards that remain securely attached to the spine.  All the pages are securely bound and clean from any handwritten notations and/or damage.  Atop the book's spine there is a small tear with some minor fraying on the top right corner of the hinge.  This is cosmetic only and does not interfere with the integrity of the book's binding.  The remainder of the book's spine remains strong and tight.

The book has a total of 1,112 numbered pages (not including numerous unnumbered pages located at both the front and back of the book).  This book also includes two large foldout maps as depicted above in the description photographs.  The book is very large and heavy weighing over 5.0 pounds by itself and measuring approximately 11.75" tall by 8.25" wide and 2.25" thick.
All the pages are firmly intact and secured within the book's tight original binding.  The book has (2) two small black ink stamped "
LAW LIBRARY
" markings that appear on both the top outside edge and on the right outside edge of the book's pages.  This can be verified in the description photos.  There is no damage, foxing, repairs or any handwritten notations on any of the text pages.  Please refer to the description photos to confirm the condition of the book and for more details about what I have described.
Overall this inspiring and beautiful looking antique law book would make a marvelous and welcomed edition to anyone's antique book collection.  The book remains in very good condition for being 88 years old and having been used regularly back in the day.  As you would expect to find on a book of this age there are slight wear and bumping to the cover corners as can be confirmed in the description photos.  The book's pages retain sharp edges and corners with no curled and/or "dog eared" corners.
