Antique Maria Theresa Thaler Coin Ethiopian Pendant Necklace W Antique Carnelian

This is a antique Maria Theresa Thaler silver coin which was handmade into a medallion pendant in Africa long ago and which comes from Ethiopia. This rare pendant is strung on Tiger Tail which a strong but flexible, plastic coated, woven, metal wire which makes a comfortable necklace. The beads chosen for this piece are antique African carnelian stone beads, dark green aventurine stone beads and Venetian yellow white heart beads. Finished with a large silver lobster clasp this necklace measures 23 1/2 inches long from one end to the other.
