This is a antique coin which is a Maria Theresa Thaler silver coin which was handmade into medallion pendant in Africa long ago and comes from Ethiopia. This medallion is in excellent condition with a slight melted spot to the back side of the coin where the bail was soldered onto the coin. This antique pendant measures 2.32 inches long (including the bail) by 1.61 inches wide and is very desirable and would look great used in jewelry applications or would fit right into any African art collection or any coin collection.
