Shipping charges are non-refundable. All returns are paid by the consumer and are non-refundable. Your receipt must be with the product to receive credit or payment returned.  If it is a warranty claim, all product will be tested first before a refund or replacement product is sent.  (Replacement product is the exact same item; no up-grades or down-grades)
