Vintage 1991 Applause Plush Item # 45653 Family Dog Super
From the unfortunately Short Lived Cartoon "The Family Dog".  The character was introduced in 1987 in Amazing Stories Season 2, episode 16.  Music in the episode was by Steve Bartek and Danny Elfman.  In 1993, "The Family Dog" was given it's very own series, that lasted an unfortunate single season.  The amazing Tim Burton was the executive producer on all 10 episodes and Steven Spielberg was a guest Executive producer.
Frankenweenie came out in 2012 and who do you suppose was the visual aid?  Yeah, this guy.
