    Description

Old Fine Ring – Kotoko Horseman – Putchu Guinadji – Chad
    Bronze. Cm. 7,7 high x 3,6 width (3.03″ x 1.42″); Gr. 54,5 (1.92 oz.).
These talisman rings are believed to cure the madness.
The word “Putchu” means horse and “Guinadji” means demon in the Kotoko language. The “Putchu Guinadji” are the horse and the rider who fight the demons attacking the mad person.
This type of ring is not intended to be worn daily but rather is given to the “mad person” by the diviner (féticheur).
