    This item was purchased at a surplus auction and was NOT in the original packaging.  It was dirty so it was washed but I don't believe it was ever actually used.  It does have some shelf wear but I do believe it will work just fine.  It does have some discoloration and black spots that didn't clean off.  The one you see is the EXACT one you will receive.  These are for smooth surfaces.  NO RETURNS ONCE USED.  The website says they are supposed to be 4.5" tall but this actually measures 4".  What you see is EXACTLY what you will receive.  Nothing more or less.
