Vintage 1978 MXR Block Dyna Comp w/ Box and Factory CA3080 ic

Pictured above is a vintage 1978 MXR DYNA COMP Guitar
Pedal that has been used only in the studio. It comes with the original box that matches the serial number on
the inside of the pedal
(see photos above). It is amongst the last Dyna Comp pedals to feature the desirable RCA CA3080 ic compressor: This is the same ic found on all script-logo Dyna Comps.
The pots are dated the 24th week of 1978 and the RCA 3080 chip dates to 1977(see photos). The "MXR" letters on the transitional back plate are Script. I tested it with a new battery (included) and it worked
fine. Why pay more for a script logo when you can have the same sound for less money? This will be a great addition to your vintage pedal
collection.
