VINTAGE ANTIQUE HAND PAINTED IN HONG KONG WONDERFUL GOLD FLORAL CHINTZ PLATE

we have a wonderful hand painted in Hong Kong gold gild and floral plate roughly 10 1/4" across, the plate is heavy gold gild and hand painted floral.  ISSUES, can not identify any for piece of this age. ( white shinny refection spots from light) needs deeper cleaning, I only lightly cleaned.
I am a, I like that hoarder for nearly 40 years, its time someone enjoy these instead of hidden away.
