This is the #HN1158 Porcelain Jack Russell Eating Dinner (or Licking Plate) Figurine from Royal Doulton and Made in England. The figurine measures approx 3 1/4" tall to tip of tail x approx 4 3/4" long to rim of plate and it is in good pre-owned condition with no chips or cracks.
