If your motorcycle used the parts with the different parts code, it might works but not guaranteed to fit or works correctly.

e.g. the parts code are different but the same size and model. (5LN-E1351-00 in Indonesia vs. 4ST-E1351-00 in Thailand)
However, please take the time to do some research before purchasing as returns is not possible if the item you purchased is not fit with your motorcycle (ordered wrong parts)

Even if the original parts code used with the compatible motorcycle is the same, there might be a possibility that other parts might as well needs some adjustment (e.g. different size of crankcase in Portugal vs the cylinder block in Indonesia). Please do some research first or asks us first.

all orders will be shipped using DHL Express / EMS
. Economy options (DHL eCommerce Economy) also available to some countries, but it might take a long time to arrive,
Item shipped using EMS to most countries will still be forwarded using DHL Express because of the agreement between Pos Indonesia and DHL Indonesia to work together during the pandemic. On some countries,
there might be an advance payment / disbursement fees alongside with VAT/import tax that will be charged by DHL which varies on each country
, please kindly check with your country's DHL site about the fees before ordering. Also, if your address / town is considered as a
Remote Area
(a suburb/town that difficult to serve by DHL), additional USD 25 might be charged and we will inform you after you place the order if you'd like to continue or cancel. We always do Combined Shipping. The highest shipping costs and each additional cost will be calculated as total shipping. If you want to buy several items at once, just simply contact us via message, we will gladly make you a bundle listing for your order or revise the shipping cost for certain items.
Refund and Returns Policy:

a. Goods are lost* when shipping.

2. For motorcycle parts, sales are final and can't be exchanged if the wrong items are bought and incompatible with your motorcycle because the lack of communication before and after order has been made.
3. For motorcycle parts, sales are final and can't be exchanged once assembled and installed.
4. Sales are final and can't be returned or canceled once the package already dispatched.
4. For after sales / manufacturer warranty claims (if there are any), returns shipping will be paid by the buyer. We will help you to communicate with the manufacturer for items consultation and warranty.
*package is considered lost if not arrived in the destination country after a certain period of time stated in the shipping estimate (or the time informed on the message after being bought), or the post office of the destination country has an official statement (letters, messages) that the package is lost during the customs inspection or in transit. However, the package is NOT considered lost when (1) the package arrived at the destination country's post office/freight company but not delivered to the address yet, please always check and contact the delivery company; (2) the package arrived at the custom but didn't pick up by the receiver due to the customs fees/hold by the custom; (3) the package arrived at the custom/post office of the destination country but not picked up by the receiver and being returned to Indonesia.
