is 4+  Fits good, is dripping gas from the bottom of the bowl, needs a seal or gasket, the inside of the bowl is clean, came from a good running motor that had a bad midsection.   Yamaha says it fits all T9.9 and F9.9 4 stroke 9.9hp 1985  and 2006 and beyond.
